Results are not guaranteed

Results from any workout program will vary from person to person based on many different factors including, but not limited to age, health conditions, daily activity level, diet, motivation, and physical limitations. Because of these different factors I cannot guarantee desired results. However, there are expected results based off of the vast amount of scientific research done on the numerous positive effects of exercise, as well as the experiences and testimonials from those who have participated in one or more of my exercise programs.

Risk of injury

One of the benefits of regular exercise is you can lower certain health risks as well as decrease your chances of injuring yourself, but the last thing you want is for exercise to be the cause of a health problem or physical injury. When you exercise you do take that risk though. Just like there is a risk of getting injured if you never exercise, there is also a risk of getting injured if you do. The good thing is there are ways to lower that risk. I always recommend checking with your doctor before you start a new exercise program. Just like athletes get a physical each year before they begin playing sports, it is always wise to find out if you have any health concerns that would limit or prohibit you from exercising in any way. Another way to minimize your risk for injury is to listen to your body. Pushing yourself too far is not good and it increases your chances of serious injury. The idea of "no pain no gain" or "push through the pain" has become very mainstream in the world of fitness. These are not good motto's for the average person who isn't training to be an Olympic athlete. Remember your reasons for exercising and just know that when you push yourself too far you are actually accomplishing the opposite of your goals. All of my programs are designed to build from the ground up, and you should use them in the order they are designed not skipping ahead before you have built a solid foundation. If at any time during one of my programs you experience difficulty breathing, become light headed or feel extreme fatigue you should stop immediately and check with your doctor before continuing. Case by Case Training is not responsible or liable in any way for any injuries, or health complications you may experience while using any of my online programs. For in person programs you will receive a liability form at the time of purchase.

Product Recommendations

The products I recommend are usually products that I either currently use or have used in the past. Occasionally I will recommend a product that someone I know has used and had a good experience with, or if a product I use has been discontinued I may recommend a very similar product that has good reviews.
